General information when selling your home
Before you close on your home, please contact the board and request the Reseller's Packet that must be included with your sales paperwork before you go to closing. The Reseller's Packet contains copies of the Bylaws, Declarations, and Covenants for the Ridge Forest Home Owner's Association. You may order the packet by sending an email to the board at board@ridgeforest.org, or by sending your request to the HOA at:

To offset printing costs, the cost of a Reseller's packet is $12.00 and the packet will be delivered to you within 5 business days. If you require expedited delivery of a packet, the cost is $25.00 and the packet will be delivered to you within 24 hours.
If required by your title company, you may also request a letter from the HOA attesting whether or not all HOA dues and outstanding invoices have been paid for your property.
Important note: No request for a Reseller's packet will be honored if there are any outstanding HOA dues, late fees, or unpaid balances associated with the HOA account for your property.
