Each month the HOA treasurer is required to present a report to the board detailing the financial status of the association. The information contained in the report is added to the board minutes and becomes a permament part of association records.
Any association member in good standing has the right to examine any HOA record. To protect the association from risk of fraud or identity theft, sensitive account information (such as account and routing numbers) may be redacted from published documents.
